Part Time Customer Service Representative, McArthur, OH

▲ Answers incoming phone calls and directs calls to appropriate office/person.
▲ Provides basic customer with account balances, account information, payment information and other banking transactions.
▲ Actively selling bank services.
▲ Able to efficiently handle various daily duties which may include: ATM/Debit Card Processing, Internet Banking Services, document research, deposit and ATM verification, Series E Bond Processing, Deluxe on-line check ordering.
▲ All other duties as assigned
